There’s nobody more important at Q than Michele Williams-Smith.
Michele has been with us for three years and works to ensure both our Shrewsbury and Wellington offices are spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained.
She’s an absolute star in the office – and just as big an inspiration outside of it.
Michele is a keen runner who takes part in park runs, mud runs and 10k runs – and will be representing Q Financial Services at the Oswestry 10k in October. She also spends her weekends 4×4 safari off roading, navigating for her husband Martin in competitions during which they reach speeds of 70mph across all types of terrain.
And when she isn’t enjoying life in the fast lane, Michele has been a leader at 1st Hadley Boys Brigade and Girls Association, inspiring children from 5-17 years old, leading trips and activities and raising funds for this vital cause.
