His career objective centers around working on substantial and influential projects in a senior role where he can make impactful decisions. Luke possesses a diverse skill set in residential, education, and healthcare property asset investment and management, including acquisition and disposal.
Throughout his career, he has successfully worked with boards, investment partners, and various stakeholders, demonstrating his strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and enabling skills. Notably, Luke served as the Investment Lead for the £150 million Regeneration Investment Fund at Black Country LEP, and he played a crucial role in securing £6 billion of investment for the Black Country Garden City project, leading to the creation of 45,000 new homes. Luke’s extensive experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to Q Financial Services.
