So when the opportunity to discuss our recruitment strategy on Radio Shropshire came up this week, director of operations Stuart Mackintosh leapt at the chance.
Stuart told listeners to the Clare Ashford programme how the business has grown from its launch in 2016 to now having 23 members of staff at two offices in Wellington and Shrewsbury.
